KBC Aldini Capital sells 1.5 lakh shares of Edserv

Edserv Softsystems lost 4.8 percent to close at Rs 15.95 on Tuesday as KBC Aldini Capital Mauritius Limited have sold 1.5 lakh equity shares of the company at Rs 16.25 a share yesterday.

Edserv Softsystems lost 4.8 percent to close at Rs 15.95 on Tuesday as KBC Aldini Capital Mauritius Limited have sold 1.5 lakh equity shares of the company at Rs 16.25 a share yesterday.
 
The share price is 6 percent away from its 52-week low of Rs 15.10 touched on September 28, 2011.
 
As of June 2012, Kalpathi Investments Pvt Ltd held 11.79 percent stake in the company, Prosel Ventures Pvt Ltd 9.53 percent and IDBI Bank 1.86 percent. The Bank of Newyork Mellon held 25.7 percent stake.
 
Promoters held 5.18% stake in the company, out of which 79.35 percent of holding pledged.
