Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that a Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 03, 2011 have allotted 5,23,509 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company to Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited, upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds to the extent of US$ 0.5 million.
