With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 10, 2011 regarding Board of Directors meeting on January 28, 2011, for approving the quarterly unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended
December 31, 2010 (Q3), Bharat Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that at the same meeting on January 28, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company will also be considering declaration of interim dividend (for 2010-2011) to the equity shareholders of the Company.
