Graviss Hospitality has its Board of Directors meeting on January 31, 2011 to consider interim dividend for the financial year 2010- 2011.

Graviss Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended
December 31, 2010 and to recommend Interim dividend, if any for the Financial year 2010- 2011, for the approval of the Board of Directors.
