Delta Corp subsidiary, Delta Hospitality and Leisure Private, have entered into share purchase agreement to acquire a majority stake in Marvel Resorts. Hardik Debhar, the group CFO of Delta Corp, in an exclusive interview with CNBC-TV18’s Udayan Mukherjee and Mitali Mukherjee, says that the company has already paid Rs 36 crore for the stake buy.
