1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
2. To decide the place, venue and date of Annual General Meeting and date of Book Closure.

As per Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from August 8, 2017 till August 14, 2017 (both days inclusive)Source : BSE
