Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has inter-alia approved the appointment of Mr. Ranjal Laxmana Shenoy as an Additional Director and Ms. Aruna Soman as Woman Director on the Board of the Company under the category of Independent Director w.e.f. 21st March, 2017, to hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
