PHIL Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 21, 2014 for change of the Name which is approved by the Registrar of Companies, Goa Vide its fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 16, 2015, the name of the Company has been changed from "PHIL CORPORATION LIMITED" to "Kore Foods Limited".Source : BSE
