    Maestros Mediline Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2014, to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for year and quarter ended March 31, 2014.At that meeting, the Board of Directors shall also finalise the date of Annual General Meeting to be held for the year ended March 31, 2014. The Registrar of Companies had granted to the Company an extension of time till December 30, 2014 for holding of the said Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
