JCT Electronics has informed that Mr. Harish Thapar has been inducted as a Director on the Board of the Company. Further, the Board at its meeting accepted the request of Mr. Roshan Lal Sharma, to be relieved as a director of the Company due to personal and health reasons with effect from the date of the meeting held on February 29, 2016.
