Sub:Intimation regarding Extra-ordinary General Meeting Dear Sir, In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 21st April, 2017 to take permission of the shareholders for increase in Authorised Share Capital of the company and for issuing Equity shares on Right Basis. Further, share transfer books shall remain closed from 12th April, 2017 till 14th April, 2017 and record date for the purpose will be 14th April, 2017.Source : BSE
