With reference to the earlier letter dated July 03, 2015 & July 13, 2015 regarding Board Meeting which is scheduled to be held on July 20, 2015, In continuation of the same, Beckons Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that Board will also consider the agenda of Reduction of Capital of the Company in this meeting.
