In compliance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we further inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, September 24, 2017 to Friday, September 29, 2017, both days inclusive, for the purpose of Book closure of Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
