    Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2011, inter alia, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.Further the Company has informed that, the Company will be publishing audited results for the entire year instead of Unaudited results for the last quarter.At the above meeting, the Board would consider recommending a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.Source : BSE
