Manali Petrochemical declares dividend at Re 0.50 per share

Manali Petrochemical at its meeting held on April 27, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.50 per share of Rs 5 each.

Manali Petrochemical Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 50 paise per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, fully paid-up, (10%). The said dividend, on declaration by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid / dispatched on August 18, 2011.Source : BSE
