    Vishnu Chemicals appoints B. S. Harikrishna as company secretary

    Vishnu Chemicals has appointed Mr. B. S. Harikrishna, an associated member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from April 25, 2013. Mr. B. S. Harikrishna is also designated as Compliance officer of the Company effective from April 25, 2013.
