    Xpro India appoints MCS Share Transfer Agent as registrars

    Xpro India has approved the appointment of MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, 12/1/5, Manoharpukur Road, Ground Floor, Kolkata - 700026 as the company's registrars and share transfer agents in place of MCS Limited, New Delhi which will be effective upon completion of required formalities.

    Xpro India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2013, have approved the appointment of M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, 12/1/5, Manoharpukur Road, Ground Floor, Kolkata - 700026 as the Company's Registrars and Share Transfer Agents in place of M/s. MCS Limited, New Delhi which will be effective upon completion of required formalities. The existing Registrars M/s. MCS Limited, New Delhi will continue to provide the share registry services to the shareholders of the Company till the change takes effect.Source : BSE
