Taksheel Solutions at its AGM held on Dec 28, 2012 has appointed M/s P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as a statutory auditors, who shall hold office from the conclusion of this AGM till the next AGM of the company with such remuneration and out of pocket expenses as may be fixed by the board of directors in consultation with them.
