Cerebra Integrated Technologies has signed a SPA with Singapore based Enviro-Hub holdings to acquire 100% of its wholly owned subsidiary Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte. Ltd. Singapore. Cerebra will be investing approximately USD 20 million for the proposed acquisition.
