Poddar Pigments has passed the resolution for Voluntary Delisting of Equity shares listed on Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd. (JSEL), under Clause 6 (a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and continuation of listing of equity shares of the Company at the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Poddar Pigments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2013, has passed the resolution for Voluntary Delisting of Equity shares listed on Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd. (JSEL), under Clause 6 (a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and continuation of listing of equity shares of the Company at the Bombay Stock Exchange.Source : BSE
