Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 29, 2013, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2013 and shall also consider the recommendation of final Dividend for the financial year 2012-13, if any.
