    Mrs. Paramjit Kaur Sethi (the "Seller") is the promoter of Anka India Ltd ("the Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 3,14,148 (Three Lacs Fourteen Thousand one Hundred Forty Eight) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) ("Sale Shares"), aggregating to approximately 15% of the total paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company, through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.The Sale shall take place on a separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on October 18, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall stand closed on the same date at 03:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").Source : BSE
