VTM board to consider interim dividend

VTM board meeting will be held on February 14, 2013 to record the Circular Resolutions of the Share Transfer Demat and Shareholder’s Grievances Committee, to peruse and sign the Register maintained under Section 301 of the Companies Act 1956 and to consider declaration of interim dividend on equity shares, for the year 2012-13.

VTM Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following business:1.
