    Mr. R. Kothandaraman, Director has resigned from Gemini Communication board with effect from Feb 09, 2013. In this regard, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Feb 09, 2013, appointed Mr. V. J. Chandran as Director of the Company with effect from Feb 09, 2013, to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. R. Kothandaraman.

Kothandaraman, Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of Gemini Communication Limited with effect from February 09, 2013.In this regard, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 09, 2013, appointed Mr. V.
