Gujarat State Petroleum appoints Hasmukh Adhia as director on GSPL board

Gujarat State Petronet (GSPL) has informed that Gujarat State Petroleum Corp has nominated Shri Hasmukh Adhia, IAS as a Director of the Company in place of Shri Varesh Sinha, IAS.

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited has nominated Shri Hasmukh Adhia, IAS as a Director of the Company in place of Shri Varesh Sinha, IAS. The appointment of Shri Hasmukh Adhia, IAS and resignation of Shri Varesh Sinha, IAS w.e.f. March 21, 2013 was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company by passing Resolution by Circulation dated March 22, 2013.Source : BSE
