Air India Express Chairman Campbell Wilson to step down, internal memo says

Wilson will be replaced as chair by current Air India Express board member Nipun Aggarwal

Air India CEO Campbell Wilson will step down as chair of the company's low-cost unit, Air India Express, according to an internal memo that was confirmed by a company spokesperson.

Wilson will be replaced as chair by current Air India Express board member Nipun Aggarwal, while his board position will be filled by Air India Chief Operations Officer Basil Kwauk, the memo said on Tuesday.
