Sachin Bansali, CFO of Adhunik Metaliks says the company can sell these merchant mines to anybody apart from using for its own captive consumption
                                                                                            In an interview with CNBC|-TV18, Puneet Dalmia, MD, Dalmia Bharat said the company is planning to fund the deal through cash surplus and internal accruals. At present, the company is looking to ramp up sales in the new company.
                                                                                            Anil Jain, CFO, Adhunik Metalics, says that the debt level is likely to increase as we are planning to expand our power business. There might not be a significant reduction in debt but the overall debt to equity ratio will improve which will give comfort to investor and lender group.
                                                                                            Adhunik Power and Natural Resources has received the environmental clearances for its Jharkhand project. It is now building 540 MW (megawatt) coal-fired independent power producer (IPP), said Arun Kedia, CFO of Adhunik Power in an interview with CNBC-TV18.
