Edited excerpts:
Q. How do you maintain a balance between fitness, work, and personal indulgences?
For someone who has been working out for a while, I believe the most sustainable way to live is by being intuitive—whether it’s about fitness, food, work, or personal indulgences. Every day is different, and the key is to develop a strong awareness of oneself. Regular self-check-ins are essential.
I don’t follow a strict rule book because my needs change daily. While I love routine and find comfort in doing the same things every day, I also listen to my body. I ask myself: Do I need this today? Can I do without it? Would my day be better if I skipped it? For example, if I’ve had an exhausting schedule and haven’t slept well, I prioritise rest over training because my well-being comes first. This approach influences my diet, workouts, and overall lifestyle, allowing me to maintain balance while staying aligned with my priorities.
Q. What’s your go-to self-care routine after a hectic shoot schedule?
I retreat to a quiet space, cutting out all light and technology. Simply resting in stillness helps me recharge. I also enjoy meditating, spending time in my temple room, and practicing my sadhana. This not only grounds me but also gives me a moment to express gratitude.
Taking time to reflect on my achievements brings a sense of fulfillment. Often, we get so caught up in doing that we forget to absorb our progress. I consciously create space for myself to pause, acknowledge my efforts, and reset, depending on what I need on any given day.
Q. How has your fashion sense evolved over the years, and what’s one style rule you always follow?
I discovered my personal style by understanding my personality. Growing up, I experimented with trends but never felt entirely myself. Once I deeply explored my identity, fashion became an exciting form of self-expression.
I realised that two strong elements define me—structure and fluidity. Perhaps it’s because I’m a cusp of Sagittarius and Capricorn: one side of me is wild and free-spirited, while the other thrives on routine. Today, my fashion choices reflect this balance. The outfit I’m wearing from Bloni, for example, is structured on one side and fluid on the other.
For those exploring fashion, remember that style is not just innate—it can also be discovered. If you have a strong desire to find yourself through fashion, deep diving into your personality will provide the answers you need.
Q. What’s your skincare secret for maintaining a flawless look on and off the screen?
I follow a dedicated skincare routine. The secret to great skin is consistency. It’s not exciting—it’s a daily commitment.
Skincare is like fitness: it only works when practiced regularly. No matter how advanced the products you use, your habits determine your results. Besides skincare, emotional well-being, mental health, diet, sleep, and physical activity all play crucial roles in maintaining a radiant complexion.
While I am genetically blessed with good skin—thanks to my parents—it’s up to me to preserve it. If I neglect my skincare, that genetic advantage will fade.

Q. Do you have any wellness rituals or habits that help you stay mentally and physically strong?
I always return to my why. Understanding the deeper purpose behind my actions helps me stay motivated.
My work is physically demanding, and when exhaustion sets in, doubt can creep in. If I don’t have a strong why, it’s easy to feel lost. Having clarity about why I pursue this path empowers me to keep going.
Whenever life feels overwhelming, instead of trying to control everything, I remind myself of my why, and it always brings me back to center. This practice helps me sustain my well-being and navigate challenges with resilience.
Q. What’s one dish you can never resist, no matter how strict your diet is?
Sevpuri.
Q. What’s been your most memorable travel experience, and why?
Kashi. It’s an ancient and deeply spiritual city that fascinates me. I’ve been there before, but I want to return with my parents. Walking through the temples and ghats, you can feel the weight of history—the architecture itself speaks of a time far beyond our modern world.
Beyond its historical significance, Kashi has an inexplicable calmness in the air. I’ve visited twice for work, but I’d love to experience it again, purely for its soul-stirring energy.
Q. If you could give one piece of advice to young women navigating the entertainment industry, what would it be?
Be mindful and stay prepared—but also understand that opportunities may come when you least expect them. In my own journey, I was never fully prepared for what came my way. But I had the courage to dive in and figure things out. My goal was always to be an actor and performer, and I knew I would find my way, no matter what.
When you commit to your passion wholeheartedly—without constantly judging your circumstances—someone will take notice, and one opportunity will lead to another. Stay true to your craft, and trust the process.
Q. How did it feel turning showstopper for Bloni?
It was an exhilarating experience, especially because we aimed to create a futuristic and powerful showcase. Doing this on Women’s Day made it even more meaningful. Bloni has masterfully channeled the essence of strength and femininity in his creations, and it felt symbolic to be part of that representation on the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour stage.

Q. How does it feel being part of the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour?
Fashion, for me, has always been more than clothing—it’s a medium of self-expression. It reflects my emotions, my perspective on society, and how I envision myself.
Beyond my career as a performer, being part of this tour feels incredibly special. The Blenders Pride Fashion Tour is not just a runway; it’s a celebration of creativity. It brings together designers who push boundaries while staying rooted in India’s rich craftsmanship. The diversity of our karigari is unmatched, and being part of this journey is truly a privilege.
