SSC Delhi Police Constable Application Deadline Extended till Oct 31; apply now at ssc.gov.in

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the last date to apply for the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2025. Candidates can now submit their applications until October 31, 2025, on the official website ssc.gov.in. Earlier, the deadline to apply online was October 21, 2025, while the last date for fee payment was October 22, 2025 (11 PM). The extension allows more time for candidates who have not yet completed their application process.

This year, the Delhi Police has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the SSC to conduct the Constable (Executive) Male and Female Examination 2025 for a total of 7,565 vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age and should have passed at least Class 12 (Intermediate) from a recognised board.

Application Fee

The application fee for the SSC Delhi Police Constable 2025 exam is Rs 100. However, women candidates, and those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee. The payment can be made online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay debit cards.

Candidates can follow the steps below to apply online:

1. Visit the official website ssc.gov.in
2. Click on ‘Register Now’ or ‘Login’ on the homepage.
3. Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process and fill in the application form.
4. Upload the required documents, including a live photo and scanned signature.
5. Pay the application fee and submit the form.
6. Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes three stages, a written examination, a physical efficiency test, and a medical examination. The written exam is expected to be held between December 2025 and January 2026.
