RRB NTPC CBT 2 Exam Date: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the tentative schedule for the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts under CEN 05/2024. Candidates who qualified in the 1st Stage CBT, held from 5th June to 24th June 2025, are now provisionally shortlisted to appear in the next phase of the recruitment process.

CBT 2 Exam Date

The 2nd Stage CBT is tentatively scheduled for the third week of October 2025. Candidates will be informed about their exam city approximately 10 days before the exam through the official RRB websites, SMS, and email. The e-call letters will be available for download four days prior to the exam date.

Candidates have been shortlisted for CBT 2 based on their performance in the 1st Stage CBT and their preference order for various posts. Those availing reservation benefits under categories such as OBC(NCL), SC, ST, EWS, PwBD, and ExSM will continue to be considered under the same categories in all subsequent stages.

What Happens After CBT 2

The next round of shortlisting for Document Verification will depend on candidates’ performance in CBT 2. For certain posts, performance in CBAT or CBTST will also be considered along with CBT 2 scores.

How to Check Scores and Status

Candidates can check their individual scores and qualifying status for CBT 2 by logging into the official RRB website using their Registration Number and Date of Birth. Upon login, they can also view the question paper they attempted and the correct answers.

It is important to note that the candidature for CBT 2 is provisional. Any inconsistency in the data provided or malpractice may lead to cancellation at any stage. Being called for CBT 2 does not guarantee an appointment.
