Step 1. Go to the official RRB website of your region (e.g., RRB Mumbai, RRB Chennai, RRB Allahabad, etc.).

Step 2. Look for the active link that reads "RRB Group D Level 1 Exam City Intimation Slip" on the homepage.

Step 3. Click on the link, and a new login window will open. Enter your valid Registration Number and Password.

Step 4. Your exam city and date details will appear on the screen. Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference.

Mandatory Aadhaar Authentication

The board will implement Aadhaar-linked Biometric Authentication for all candidates. Therefore, it is compulsory to carry either your original Aadhaar card or a printed copy of your e-Aadhaar.

The RRB has issued a strong advisory urging all candidates to ensure their Aadhaar is verified and active. If you have not yet completed Aadhaar verification, you should do so by logging into rrbapply.gov.in. Furthermore, even if you verified your Aadhaar during the application process, you must confirm that it is in an "unlocked" state within the UIDAI system to prevent any issues during biometric verification on exam day.

Candidates can expect their admit cards to be released approximately four days before their specific exam date. For instance, those with an exam on the first day, November 27, 2025, can likely download their admit card around November 23 or 24.
