NMDC Recruitment 2025: Application for 995 vacancies to begin on May 25; check notification here

The National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), a Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has invited applications for 995 vacancies across several posts, including Field Attendant and Electrician. The recruitment drive is for its iron ore mines located in Kirandul and Bacheli (Chhattisgarh) and Donimalai (Karnataka).

The online application process will begin on 25 May 2025 and will end on 14 June 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official NMDC website: www.nmdc.co.in. The application link will be accessible under the “Careers” section from 10:00 AM on 25 May until 11:59 PM on 14 June.

Candidates holding B.Sc., Diploma, or ITI qualifications are eligible to apply, depending on the specific post, can apply for this recruitment drive.

1. Visit www.nmdc.co.in and go to the “Careers” section.
2. Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
3. Pay the application fee of Rs. 150 online through SBI Collect via UPI, credit card, or net banking.
4. Once payment is successful, a confirmation page with a Unique Transaction Number and Application Number will be generated. Candidates are advised to print and retain this for future reference.
5. If the transaction fails, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days. However, the candidate must reinitiate the application process.

Note: SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and NMDC departmental candidates are exempted from the application fee. Relevant documents must be uploaded as proof for exemption.

Applicants should keep scanned copies of the following documents ready before starting the application:

• Recent passport-size photograph
• Matriculation (10th) certificate
• Qualification and experience certificates
• Caste or category certificate (as applicable)
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned signature
