The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2025. Candidates registered for the Office Assistant (Clerk) preliminary examination can now download their hall tickets from the official website, ibps.in.

The release of the admit card is an important step for the lakhs of aspirants appearing for the Regional Rural Banks (RRB) Office Assistant recruitment. The hall ticket is a mandatory document to gain entry into the examination hall.

IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims 2025: Exam Dates & Pattern

The IBPS RRB Office Assistant preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted on December 6, 7, 13, and 14, 2025. According to the official notice, the admit card will be available for download until the last date of the exam, December 14, 2025.

Aspiring candidates should note the key details of the prelims exam pattern:

  • Exam Duration: 45 minutes
  • Total Questions: 80
  • Total Marks: 80
  • Sections: The question paper will be divided into two sections—Reasoning and Numerical Ability.

For candidates who are downloading their call letter for the first time, here is a simple step-by-step guide:

Step 1. Go to the IBPS website at ibps.in.

Step 2. On the homepage, look for the notification that reads, “Click here to Download Your Online Preliminary Examination Call Letter for CRP-RRBs-XIV-OA (Office Assistant).”

Step 3. You will be redirected to a new login page. Enter your required registration number/roll number and password/date of birth.

Step 4. Click on the “Submit” or “Login” button. Your IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2025 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5. Carefully check all the details on the admit card, such as your name, photograph, exam date, time, and venue. Download the PDF file and take multiple printouts for future reference.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a valid, original photo ID proof (like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driver's License) to the exam center. A stamped copy of the same ID proof is also required.

Candidates must retain their preliminary exam call letter safely. Those who qualify for the Main Examination will need to produce this same admit card along with the Main exam call letter during the subsequent stage of the recruitment process.

Immediately report any discrepancy in the admit card to the IBPS authorities through their official helpline.
