The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the recruitment of Junior Engineers (Civil) in the Public Works Road Department (PWRD) and the Public Works (Building and NH) Department. A total of 650 vacancies have been notified for eligible candidates.

The online registration process will commence on 5 February 2025 and close on 4th March 2025. Candidates must ensure fee payment is completed by 6 March 2025. Interested applicants can apply online at the official website, apsc.nic.in.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Junior Engineer posts, candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering & Planning, or Construction Technology from an institution recognised by AICTE. Only full-time regular diplomas will be accepted, as qualifications obtained through distance learning or part-time courses are not eligible.

Selection Process and Salary

The selection process for APSC Junior Engineer recruitment includes a written examination followed by an interview. Successful candidates will be appointed under the pay scale of Rs 14,000 to Rs 70,000.
