in my view the new investor is a strategic investor and interested in investment and not running business itself so it will not allow the price to fall so that majority of shareholders accept 194 offer and the company gets delisted. secondly if all 26 percent shareholders accept the offer price then it will pay them 500 crores rupees which he will not like to spend for nothing. it is possible that a huge dividend like 50 rupees is given so that the price goes above View more
