Indsoya Ltd was incorporated on 24 th October 1980 as Khedapati Investments Ltd .The companys promoters are Mansingka who are in business of Vegetable oil /Oilseeds trade and industry and has more than 40 years experience in the industry. The company was dealing in shares and securities till 2006/07.The company has started trading in soya meal, Rapeseed meal and other oilcake / deoiled cake, Vegetable oils. Soya Doc is main source of protein for feed mill and poultry farms in 2007-08.The company has changed its name from Khedapati Investments Ltd to INDSOYA l w.e.f.01/06/2005 and accordingly fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequence on change of name had been obtained from Registrar of Companies , Maharastra Mumbai.
