          About the Company

          Lloyd Electric & Engineering Limited is an India-based company. The Company is a manufacturer of heat exchanger and evaporator coils serving the spectrum of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (AC) and refrigeration industry. The Company is an original equipment manufacturer supplier to AC manufacturers in India. The Company also provides customized AC solutions for institutional clients, such as railways, defense and metro rails. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), it developed a new production range of plate heat exchangers for air-conditioning units KLM02 to KLM31 at Czech Republic. It has also entered into the retail segment by acquiring rights, titles and interest in the Lloyd Blue Logo, Lloyd pertaining to the consumer durable product business. During the fiscal 2012, it developed range of room air conditioners ranging from two/three/five rates, and lower diameter coils and natural refrigerants like carbon-dioxide coils for the refrigeration industry..The company also in the business activities of Consumer Durables, Heat Exchangers & Components, OEM & Packaged Air-conditioning.
