Uorfi Javed has never shied away from admitting that she has had facial fillers, some of which did not go well, leaving her with redness and a swollen face. Recently, she posted a video revealing that she has now had her lip fillers dissolved.
In her post, she clarified that she is not against fillers and plans to get them again, but in a more natural way. The actress shared that she has learnt her lesson and stressed the importance of choosing a qualified doctor to do the job.
Sharing the video, she wrote: “No, this is not a filter. I decided to get my fillers dissolved as they were very misplaced. I will get them again, but naturally. I’m not saying no to fillers at all. Dissolving is painful. Also, it’s very important you go to a good doctor for fillers. All these doctors with fancy clinics know nothing. Finally, I found @dr.rickson, trust me he’s the best #notsponsored.”

Following her session, Uorfi was spotted by paparazzi wearing a mask. She was heard saying that her lips were swollen and she wouldn’t take the mask off. Her doctor later clarified in the comments that swelling is a common side effect and usually subsides within a week.
He wrote: “Thank you for the mention, Uorfi! @urf7i Just to reassure everyone — swelling after dissolving fillers is completely normal and temporary. It typically subsides within a few days, and she’s going to be absolutely fine. Proud of her for choosing authenticity and transparency — more power to you!”

Many praised her in the comments for her “courage” and “authenticity.” One user wrote, “It takes a lot of courage to show this.” Another commented, “People need to understand that whatever she's doing is her choice. However, some expressed disappointment over the use of cosmetic procedures. One user shared, “Oops, so sorry to hear that. Wish you a speedy recovery. Also, I really think we should embrace and promote natural beauty instead of layering things up.”
