Uorfi Javed has always made headlines. Either for her choice of dressing, her public appearances where she gets lauded and sometimes shamed or for her social media posts where she calls spade a spade.
The influencer was recently a part of Amazon Prime's Traitors where she emerged as a winner.
She has competitors in the likes of Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Karan Kundrra, Sudhanshu Pandey, Ashish Vidyarthi, Raj Kundra, and Raftaar, among many others. Rs. 70 Lakhs was the prize money.
Well, we stumbled upon an interesting interview of Uorfi where she revealed what she did with the prize money. Uorfi mentioned that out of the money she won, Rs. 10 Lakhs were spent by her on buying iPhones. Uorfi bought 10 iPhones and gifted them to her staff and family members.
In a casual conversation, Uorfi also said that she thought that she had a lot of money, so there was no problem; however, after she spent it, she did not have work for the next six months. She realised that she overspent the money.
Uorfi won the show along with Nikita Kuther and the prize money was split. The show culminated on July 3 after announcing the winner.

Speaking about Uorfi's recent controversy, she happened to get at loggerheads with Apoorva Mukhija who was her fellow contestant. While initially it seemed like they bonded well and also went by the hashtag #behencode with both of them and Jannat Zubair, they got into a war of words and later Uorfi revealed that their fight was pretty planned.
The show hosted by Karan Johar is a remake of De Verraders, a Dutch show.
For the uninitiated, Uorfi also received threats of being murdered and raped after she emerged as the winner. She shared screenshots back then and even mentioned that the online hate she gets is something which keeps happening.
