Actress Yami Gautam celebrated this year’s Independence Day in a truly patriotic way — by visiting the iconic Hall of Fame in Leh with her husband, filmmaker Aditya Dhar.
Known for her grounded personality and love for the nation, Yami took to social media to share glimpses of the memorable day, calling it her “best Independence Day celebration ever.”
On her official Instagram handle, Yami posted a photo from the museum premises, dressed in a casual yet elegant outfit, alongside Aditya Dhar. The couple could be seen soaking in the patriotic spirit as they pays tribute to the sacrifices and bravery of the Indian Army.
Yami captioned the post, “Best Independence Day Celebration… Ever! Jai Hind! 🇮🇳 Hall Of Fame, Leh #ThankYouIndianArmy”, expressing gratitude to the armed forces for their service and dedication.
The Hall of Fame, built by the Indian Army in memory of soldiers who laid down their lives in the Indo-Pak wars, clearly left a strong impact on the actress.
Yami Gautam, who recently impressed audiences with her strong performance in Article 370, has often spoken about her deep respect for the armed forces. Her husband, Aditya Dhar, directed the blockbuster Uri: The Surgical Strike, which also paid tribute to the Indian Army’s valour.

Meanwhile, Stree 2 actor Abhishek Banerjee also joined the Independence Day celebrations in his own unique style.
