WHO IS ANITA VERMA- LALLIANAnita Verma-Lallian is a real estate developer and film producer who founded Camelback Productions, a film production company dedicated to enhancing South Asian representation in the film industry.
According to Anita, she looks forward to honoring the positive aspects of the late actor's life and celebrating his joyful contributions to society.
Taking to Instagram, Anita shared pictures from the property, offering a glimpse of a puja she conducted at the house.
She wrote, "As a real estate developer myself, I believe every property has a history that we may or may not know about, and every home carries the energy that the current owner brings to it. I am Hindu, and it’s customary to do a blessing and prayer anytime you buy a new home. We were so lucky to have our Panditji from Arizona come to the house to do the blessing. We chose to honor the positive aspects of the previous owner’s life, his immense talent, and all the joy he brought to so many people. The decision to purchase the home had nothing to do with the previous owner, just our love of the home,"
According to a Forbes report, Anita Lallian is the founder of Camelback Productions, a company that focuses on representing South Asians in the film industry. She is also a prominent real estate consultant in Arizona, where she has dedicated much of her career to helping investors find their ideal properties, building a portfolio worth over $1 billion.
She founded her consulting firm, Arizona Land Consulting, in 2020 after departing from her family business. In an interview with Canvas Rebel, as quoted by the South China Morning Post, she mentioned, "We have played a key role in bringing large businesses to Arizona and contributing to the development of Phoenix, focusing on attracting companies that will positively impact the landscape."
