When Kajol broke silence on alleged fight between Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn

Ajay Devgn and Shah Rukh Khan have never shared the screen in a film but did collaborate for a television commercial.

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, one of Bollywood’s most beloved on-screen pairs, have shared incredible chemistry in films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, My Name is Khan, and more. While they share a close friendship off-screen, rumors have long circulated about tensions between Shah Rukh and Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgn. In a past interview, Kajol and Shah Rukh had once addressed these speculations.

In an earlier interview with ABP, Kajol addressed the speculations and said that the two actors might not be friends, but they are also not enemies. She stated, "I want to clarify this. Just because they are not friends. Just because Shah Rukh and Ajay Devgn haven’t been seen drinking together at parties, or in any pictures together, or at any public occasions, and haven’t met or shaken hands, doesn’t mean they are enemies."

Kajol revealed that she initially hesitated to sign Dilwale due to its extensive outdoor shoot schedule, which made it difficult for her to leave her children for long periods, especially since Ajay Devgn’s film was also about to begin.

However, Ajay reassured her, telling her not to worry as he would adjust his own schedule and stay home with the kids. For Kajol, this gesture was proof that the rumors of tension between Ajay and Shah Rukh Khan were completely baseless.

Shah Rukh was also a part of the same interview and he further elaborated that they are unsocial as individuals in general. "Ajay and I are both very unsocial and don’t meet many people. However, whenever we do meet, it’s always with great courtesy and affection. So, it’s not the case that just because we have a film together, there is a feud."
