During one of the episodes of popular talk show hosted by Karan Johar, Koffee with Karan featuring Akshay, Karan posed a question to Akshay about who among Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, and Kareena Kapoor is the most stunning actress. In response, Akshay put Karan on the spot by asking why Aishwarya Rai was not included in the discussion.

Karan Johar confessed that he felt bad for not mentioning Aishwarya Rai's name during a rapid-fire round on Koffee With Karan. Akshay, known for his straightforward nature, cleverly responded to the question with his usual wit.

Akshay and Aishwarya have shared the screen in several films, including Humraaz, Action Replayy, Khakee, and Jazbaa, where their camaraderie has been evident and well-loved by fans.

The film features Akshay Kumar, R. Madhavan, and Ananya Panday in pivotal roles. It is inspired by the life of C. Sankaran Nair, the courageous lawyer who fought against the British Raj after the tragic 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre. On the other hand, Aishwarya Rai was last seen on screen in the 2023 epic Ponniyin Selvan: II.
