Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) triumphed over Punjab Kings (PBKS) by seven wickets on Sunday, April 20, in an exciting IPL 2025 clash during the tournament's rivalry week. While the match kept fans on the edge of their seats, a sweet off-field moment between PBKS co-owner Preity Zinta and RCB’s star batter Virat Kohli caught everyone’s attention and quickly went viral online.

The heartwarming interaction took place at the Mullanpur Stadium in Chandigarh, where Preity was seen catching up with Virat Kohli post-match.

In the video, Virat is seen showing photos of his children, Vamika and Akaay, to Preity on his phone. The Bollywood actor, known for her infectious energy, smiled with joy as she looked at the adorable pictures.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have always been very private when it comes to their children, rarely posting any images on social media. This moment between Virat and Preity offered a rare peek into the cricketer’s personal life, making it extra special for fans.

Interestingly, just a day before the match, Preity Zinta had updated fans about her health on social media. She revealed she was battling a high fever, which she attributed to hectic travel, extreme heat, and frequent hotel room changes.

Despite her illness, she was hopeful about attending the game, mentioning that her mother was flying in to accompany her.

“Hope I can make it to the Mullanpur stadium since it’s our last home game in Chandigarh before we move to Dharamshala for the next set of home games,” Preity had shared on X (formerly Twitter), expressing her excitement for the match.

This match was a chance for RCB to avenge their earlier loss to PBKS on April 18, where they had fallen short in a rain-curtailed game. With their latest win, RCB managed to level the rivalry while fans were treated to not just thrilling cricket, but also tender moments that stole hearts off the field.
