Vijay Sethupathi urges government to add Tamil language on Pan Card website

Vijay Sethupathi has appealed to the government to add Tamil as a language option on the PAN card website. Actor Vijay Sethupathi has urged the government to include Tamil as a language option on the PAN card website. Currently, PAN-related information is available only in English and Hindi, making it challenging for Tamil speakers who are not fluent in these languages to access and understand important financial details.

Sethupathi emphasized that this change would help a significant number of Tamil-speaking citizens who face difficulties in understanding English-only financial documents. He pointed out that Tamil Nadu residents often struggle to find necessary updates when dealing with PAN-related processes because the information is not available in their native language. This creates confusion and adds unnecessary complications.

By making Tamil an available language option, Sethupathi believes it would reach a wider audience and improve accessibility for those who prefer or are only proficient in Tamil. He also stressed the importance of offering government-related information in regional languages to ensure inclusivity and ease of access for all citizens, regardless of their linguistic background.
