Kota Srinivasa Rao, a respected public figure and veteran Telugu actor, died at the age of 83, leaving a gap in the entertainment sector and local politics.

Throughout his nearly four-decade career, Srinivasa Rao was praised for his dynamic performances, which left a lasting impression on the theatre stage and seamlessly moved between strong antagonists and lovable character roles in Telugu cinema.

Following the news of his passing, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conveyed deep sorrow, describing Rao’s departure as an “irreparable loss.”
