Varun Dhawan's niece Anjini Dhawan confirms her part with Salman Khan in Sikandar

Anjini Dhawan recently confirmed her role in Salman Khan's upcoming film Sikandar.

Varun Dhawan's niece Anjini Dhawan made her acting debut with Binny And Family last year. And as per latest updates, the budding actress has confirmed her role in much-anticipated film Sikandar starring Salman Khan.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Anjini shared that her career is thriving, and she’s truly enjoying being at her “happy place” on a film set. She said, "Now the teaser’s out, I can finally talk about it."

Anjini Dhawan referred to her time on set with Salman as a “pinch-me moment,” expressing immense gratitude. She shared that each day on the film set feels surreal, as she often finds herself questioning whether it’s real or just a dream.

She further spoke about Salman and said, “I have grown up being his biggest fan. I have always admired his films, especially those with David Dhawan sir. From Mujhse Shaadi Karoge to Partner, which is my go-to film any day. When I’m having a terrible day, I simply need to watch Partner and I’ll be OK. So, working with him is like living a dream."

Released on December 28, 2024, the teaser for Sikandar has already earned the title of the Most Liked Bollywood Movie Teaser of the year, with a remarkable 985K likes.

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Sharman Joshi, and Sathyaraj in key roles. It is set to release on Eid 2025.
