The actress, who had flown Emirates from Mumbai to London via Dubai, claims her brown Dior luggage was stolen from the baggage belt after she landed for her appearance at Wimbledon.
In a post shared via Instagram Stories, Rautela wrote, “Injustice tolerated is injustice repeated,” calling the incident out publicly and tagging key stakeholders including Gatwick Airport, Emirates, and the Metropolitan Police. She also included images of her boarding pass, baggage tag, and Emirates first-class ticket to substantiate her claim.
The message further stated: “Our @wimbledon @dior brown baggage was stolen from the belt at @gatwickairport after flying @emirates from Mumbai during #Wimbledon. Baggage tag & ticket above. Urgently requesting help to retrieve it.”
Urvashi Rautela also tagged official handles such as @metpolice_uk, @emirates.support, and used hashtags like #platinumemiratesmember and #gatwickairportpolice in an effort to escalate the matter and seek support. The actress’s post reflects both her frustration and urgency, as she appears to be reaching out to authorities and airline representatives in real-time for assistance.
