The highly anticipated return of popular girl group TWICE, under JYP Entertainment, has finally been confirmed with the announcement of their first full-length album in nearly four years.

The album, which is currently titled "Fourth Album," was formally unveiled on May 19 at midnight KST and is scheduled for release in July. The teaser video, titled 'Intro: Four,' gives fans a tantalising sneak peek at what is reportedly going to be one of their most ambitious releases to date, even though the full title and exact release date are still unknown.

The eerie percussion that builds to an intense climax is accompanied by a powerful formation of all nine members in the cinematic video.

TWICE's most recent mini-album, Strategy, was released in December 2024, and this album is their first studio release since the highly acclaimed Formula of Love: O+T=<3 from 2021.

When the group opened for Coldplay at all six of their Seoul shows earlier this year, it created a lot of buzz. To increase the excitement surrounding their comeback, TWICE also released a collaborative remix of "We Pray," which was subsequently made accessible on streaming services.

In the meantime, ENHYPEN is preparing for their eagerly awaited June 5 release of Desire: Unleash. Their developing vampire mythology, which started with their Blood and Romance series, will be carried on by this new endeavour.

The group's new album promises a deeper exploration of this fascinating story, so fans can anticipate a darker, more emotionally charged concept. With a chic short film introducing the concept, the Desire teaser campaign has already captured the attention of viewers. The teaser, which is set in a surreal late-night talk show, is full of chaotic intrigue and supernatural elements. The members of the show exude gothic symbolism and noir aesthetics.
