Divya Aggarwal mourns the loss of Priyank Sharma's dad death

Priyank Sharma, recognised for his participation in reality shows such as Bigg Boss 11 and Splitsvilla 10, recently faced the demise of his father at the age of 59. While Priyank did not reveal the reason for death, he shared his sorrow in a moving post on social media, along with a picture of his father.

On November 14, Priyank posted on Instagram, saying, "Rest in peace, my Daddy. I will really miss you. I aspire to make you proud someday. Rest in peace (1966-2025)." His post swiftly attracted notice and backing from friends and supporters.

Among those expressing their sympathies was Priyank's ex-girlfriend Divya Agarwal. She offered supportive words, stating, "Stay strong," accompanied by a red heart emoji. Dhanashree Verma conveyed her condolences with the remark, "So sorry. Rip delivering power." Many other celebrities too offered condolences,Kishwer Merchantt, Rashami Desai and Abhishek Nigam, among others.

Priyank and Divya initially connected on Splitsvilla 10 and had a short-lived relationship following the show. Their relationship concluded following Priyank's involvement in Bigg Boss 11 because of speculation regarding his intimacy with VJ Benafsha Soonawalla.

The gossip troubled Divya, prompting her to confront Priyank during the show. Priyank stated in a public letter that his relationship had concluded in July 2017, before the start of Bigg Boss 11. Regardless of their separation, they have kept a friendly relationship throughout the years.

Divya has since progressed and is currently wed to restaurateur Apurva Padgaonkar. The pair marked their marriage in February 2024 in Mumbai.
